The transfer arrived late, and when I finally got there, I noticed the Riad was in dire need of updates and maintenance, not at all like the pictures I had seen. The rooftop terrace was cluttered with paint and materials, and when I raised my concerns, the manager seemed indifferent. Ultimately, I couldn't stay and decided to cancel my booking, which has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
