Riad Kasbah 117, Marrakesh

My stay at Riad Kasbah 117 was wonderful! The riad is a charming oasis in the bustling medina of Marrakech, providing a perfect escape amidst the chaos. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, particularly Mohssin and Youness, who made sure I felt at home. I truly felt at ease, although the initial entrance through a small door might be misleading. 😊✨

My experience at Riad Kasbah 117 was quite mixed. On the one hand, the location within the medina had its charm, and the rooftop with a jacuzzi was a lovely touch (though it needed better upkeep). On the other hand, I encountered issues with the service quality, including a late transfer and the manager's apparent disinterest in my concerns about ongoing renovations. Unfortunately, this left me feeling unsatisfied with my stay.

I was really looking forward to my stay at Riad Kasbah 117, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The transfer arrived late, and when I finally got there, I noticed the Riad was in dire need of updates and maintenance, not at all like the pictures I had seen. The rooftop terrace was cluttered with paint and materials, and when I raised my concerns, the manager seemed indifferent. Ultimately, I couldn't stay and decided to cancel my booking, which has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
